The De La Vina House is a 5 bedroom, 6 bath house
for 9 girls. It is excellently located about 5 blocks from school. More important, the bus stop is only 3 houses away out
front and heads right up to campus in less than a 3-4 minute ride.
This home features a huge beautiful backyard ( 200 ft. deep lot ) and a large private area for outdoor lounging.
- Included are all furnishings including bed, desk and dresser drawers for each student, as well as living room furniture,
patio furniture and a stock of kitchen tools.
- The kitchen is kept ( weekly ) with a stock of apples, oranges and bananas.
- Cleaning services for the kitchen twice weekly and the common areas weekly are included.
Note: Cars are OK for the DLV House, however it is street parking only, and the street is very full.
You may have to park one or two blocks away regularly. Also, you will need a parking permit ( $12/yr ), and this does not
count for the Wed and Thurs street cleaning schedules. The DLV House is excellent for walking to everything.
