Moody Intimate Event Package:
Our Moody wedding package is designed to give you choices to ensure that your special day is unique and personal, but
organized from a framework of vendors that dramatically simplifies your planning. You will choose flowers, colors, ceremony
spot, layouts, music, cake, officiant and photographic style from each of our local specialists. We are amazed at how different
and lovely each event becomes as the bride and groom apply their own desires and taste.
We are organized such
that all our vendors are professionals who work together very well and you are saved from having to interview and pick, sometimes
from a long distance away, who your vendors will be. But you do need to contact them all ( see our worksheet page for all
the contact detail ) and make all the many detail decisions that will make your wedding unique and absolutely yours.
The
package includes:
Our assistance during planning and day of coordination
Rolls Royce Limousine Service
Officiant ( except license costs )
Floral ( 4 corsages,
4 boutinier's, ceremony urn's, a bridal bouquet and table pieces )
Dinner for up to 16 with champagne
and wine
Pianist for 4 hours
Flute, classical guitar or harp for ceremony, 1 hour
Cake
Ballroom,
piazza courtyard, formal Ballroom garden and the New Orleans garden and gazebo.
Photographer ( 2 hours )
Private use of the rear cottage for the afternoon, for the bride to recieve assistants and prepare and dress on
site. Cottage has a seperate parking lot and entrance from the main mansion.
This $5750.00 Package for 16 can be upgraded
with additional flowers, additional musicians and an expanded photo offering ( add $150 per person for additional attendee's
). However, this is a complete, enchanting and memorable package without any upgrading needed.
The Moody Estate has
some restrictions. We offer small and medium events that are elegant and sophisticated, in an authentic historical ballroom
and grand estate. We are limited to 60 total in attendance and acoustic music. There is no limit however on the enchantment
and magic of a true and genuine historic ballroom wedding.
