Welcome to the Peppers Estate!
 
We host periodic luncheons at the Peppers Estate, and you have been invited!
 
 We certainly hope that you will be able to join us.
 
The lunch will be a mix of important people from the local Care industry, including RCFE owners and administrators both large and small, referral agencies, planners and case managers, activity people, charitable organizations, physicians, etc. We experience lively talks about any topic, without any focus or planned speakers. 
 
We strive to have everyone leave feeling invigorated and inspired with thier service toward the population we serve. We also hope everyone will take away new ways and ideas for better serving our seniors, for better meeting our Care Home's needs and stronger ways to increase our own personal fulfillment.
 
Lunch begins at 12:00, with table service at 12:15 and a tour of the Pepper Estate's historic 1885, 11,000 sf home may follow for any who may request it.
 
Your invitation specified a date, and you may RSVP below. If you have a conflict for this date, please mention so and we will attempt to invite you again at our next coming date.
 
We hope that you may invite someone you'd like to have with you, a co-worker or another from within our Industry. You may make this reccomendation below. We welcome your participation in this way.

In the endless summer of Santa Barbara California stands a historic mansion in the shade of giant Acacias and Live Oaks. The Peppers Estate is an 11,000 square foot 9-bedroom, 10 bath grand Estate standing on 1.6 garden acres in the heart of Montecito.

The 3000 square foot Ballroom was added in 1914 from designs by architect Julia Morgan, of Hearst Castle fame. In this room on March 9, 1917, Martha Graham debuted at the age of 22, and it is from this room that she went on to define the modern dance movement for the 20th Century.

Composer and politician Ignacy Pedarewski preformed in the Ballroom in 1920, while President of Poland. He played well past his chosen play list, enchanted with the perfect acoustics of the new room.
