Driving Directions to the Moody Estate
Enter your home address on the interactive map through the button above and you will recieve a zoomable map to the Moody Estate. Print out the map for your trip. Note : Zoom into the STREET level to see that the Moody is at the corner of Hot Springs Road and Pepper Lane.
From 101, take OLIVE MILL ROAD Exit and turn toward mountains. Travel 1 mile to stop sign. Continue forward and you are now on Hot Springs Road in the 300 block. Travel 1/3 mile more to 430 on right. Main gate to the Moody is directly on the North East corner of Hot Springs Road and Pepper Lane coming at a 45 degree angle into the street corner itself. |

If arriving for a ROOM RENTAL in the Moody Mansion enter GUEST into the front gates at 430 Hot Springs Road, enter and please park to the left, as available. Enter the portico and if you are not greeted, look for a written greeting ahead on the table in the main foyer. You will be directed to your room and the key will be waiting in the lock. Settle in, relax and feel free to wander the grounds, acquaint yourself with the lower common areas and kitchen ( the inner courtyard may be reserved for Cottage guests ).

To arrive for the MOODY COTTAGE, turn right on Pepper Lane at the mailbox for the Moody ( with 430 on it ) and drive to the third driveway on the left. The first two driveways are the limo port for the Moody Ballroom. Drive into the rear parking and walk through the gate that heads back down Pepper Lane the way you came. Walk past the bamboo garden and oak swing and turn into the inner courtyard. You will see the Cottage in the rear. Usually, the key is in the door and check in is 2:00 ( check out is at 12:00 later ). Note that the rear parking and inner courtyard will be for your own continued usage during your stay.
